The reception and accommodation staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is well appointed, very clean and tidy.

It was abit far from Verona.Some of the restuarant staff were very unhelpful and unfriendly - everything was a task to them. Also the hotel is a tour bus location with up to 3 x 50 seater tour buses being accommodated per night. These numbers affected what was available for breakfast each morning - some mornings certain foods were available, other mornings not so.

Comfortable stay with a varied breakfast selection.

Nice decorating - very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was very good apart from the coffe machine which did not work properly. However, the personnel did what they could to mend it. Would be a good idea to buy a new one!

We had dinner at the restaurant, but the food was not specifically good considering the price. The waiter looked very sad all the time!

Clean, clean, clean.

Everything was super clean ! I loved how the hotel prepared a special area for my dogs, complete with cozy blankets and bowls. The complimentary filtered water and creative drinks like detox water showed how attentively the hotel considers guest comfort and wellness.

Helpful staff greeted us warmly. Cleanliness stood out, with super clean rooms adding to the comfort. The air conditioning struggled, causing discomfort during the night, and the bathroom felt cramped. While breakfast offered good variety, it could improve in quality. Hot dogs from the dinner menu were particularly enjoyable.

There was lots of food for breakfast, including cereals, cakes, fruit and eggs...

The hotel features three conference rooms. My family enjoyed the cozy, modern room with all the essentials we needed. The continental breakfast had so many options that even as a vegan, there was plenty for my daughter.

My kids wished for more dining flexibility.

Truly enjoyed every minute of being there, would be happy to recommend. The breakfasts were always satisfactory with the coffee machine and croissants and soy milk for vegans. Location: the hotel was close enough to Montemezzi as well as Verona or Garda lake. It also was in the fields outside Veronaaverage service.

The hotel is nice, and has free wi-fi, a bar/lounge area, and a restaurant. The staff helped with a wake-up call during my first stay. I recommend trying the almond cake at breakfast. Coming back for a business trip!
